Is it possible to exchange an item for another?
Yes – in the returns portal you can indicate that you would like an exchange when registering your return.
Simply select the desired replacement item from the list.
Please note: Exchanges are currently only possible for returns within Germany.
Once your return has been received and checked, we will send you the new item.
If the desired item is not available, we will inform you and offer an alternative or a refund.
