Do you provide a return label?

After registering your return in the returns portal, you can generate a return label directly via a link. This service is only available for returns within Germany. A fee of €7 will be deducted from your refund for the label.

For all other countries
Please note that you must organize the return shipment yourself and cover the shipping costs.

Exceptions

• Switzerland and the UK: Upon request, we can send you a return label (cost: €9).

• Defective or incorrectly delivered items: In these cases, we will cover the return costs and provide you with a free return label. Please contact our customer care team at customercare@brunathelabel.com
