Can I return online purchases in the BRUNA Flagship Store?

Online orders can be returned in-store within 30 days of delivery.

Conditions:
- Item is unworn and in like-new condition
- Barcode/tag is still attached
- No damage (unless it is a manufacturing defect)
- Return is made within the 30-day period

Process:
- Bring the item along with your order number to our store
- The item will be received and the refund will be processed

Refund:
You can choose in-store whether you would like a store credit or a refund.
