Can I return items purchased at the BRUNA Flagship Store?

Items purchased in-store can be returned within 14 days.

Conditions:
- Item is unworn and in like-new condition
- Barcode/tag is still attached
- No damage (unless it is a manufacturing defect)
- Return is made within the 14-day period

Process:
- Bring the item along with your order number to our store
- The item will be received and the refund will be processed

Refund:
A store credit will be issued by default, which can be used for your next purchase in-store or online.
