How long does shipping take and how much are the shipping costs?
Orders received before 11:30 a.m. (CET) Monday through Friday will be shipped the same business day. Orders received after 11:30 am (CET) will be shipped the following business day.
Shipping costs for our insured shipping depend on the delivery area. You can find a list of our delivery areas and shipping costs in the following table or when you order at check-out.

Free delivery for Austria, Germany & Rest of Europe is based on standard shipping.
*1-2 day express shipping is available between Monday and Friday. Any express orders placed on Friday will be delivered the following Monday.
*If the value of the order drops below the free shipping amount, due to the return, the usual shipping costs (€4 AT / €4 DE / CHF16 CH / €9 Rest of EU) will be deducted from the refund.
