Do you provide a return label?

If you would like to use our service, you can create a return shipping label for €7 after registering your return. You will be redirected to a short form to generate your label, which you can then download and print. This service is only available for returns within Germany.

Alternatively, you may return your items at any time at your own expense using a shipping carrier of your choice.

For all other countries
Please note that you must organize the return shipment yourself and cover the shipping costs.

Exceptions

• Switzerland and the UK: Upon request, we can send you a return label (cost: €9). (optional)

• Defective or incorrectly delivered items: In these cases, we will cover the return costs and provide you with a free return label. Please contact our customer care team at customercare@brunathelabel.com
