Do you provide a return label?

If you would like to use our return service, you can request a return label from us after registering your return.

• Germany: €7

• Switzerland & UK: €9

You will be redirected to a short form to generate your label. You can then download and print it.

Alternatively, you can always return your order at your own expense using a shipping provider of your choice.

Other countries
For all other countries, you will need to arrange the return shipment yourself and cover the shipping costs.

Exceptions
For defective or incorrectly delivered items, we will cover the return shipping costs and provide you with a free return label. Please contact our customer care team directly at customercare@brunathelabel.com.
