How can I delete my customer account?
For security and data protection reasons, deleting your customer account is not possible directly through your online account.
We work with various systems – including delivery services, marketing tools, and other partners – which means that your data may also be stored outside of your account.
Therefore, we must carry out the deletion manually to ensure that all data is completely removed.
How to proceed:
If you would like to delete your account, please send us an email at customercare@brunathelabel.com and include the email address you used for your account or for placing orders.
We will then confirm once your account and all associated data have been deleted.
